The Terrace at 100-118 Paterson Street Carlton North consists of ten houses. The houses were erected on a speculative basis by Jurtus Wombach. Nos 102-118 were constructed gradually from 1889-1894, although it appears that No.100 was added in 1911. The single storey brick terrace has a gallery on the street facade with a cast iron frieze. The terrace at 14-18 Morrison Place is a row of three houses constructed in two phases. Peter Cunningham was the builder of nos. 16 and 18 in 1867. 14 Morrison Place was designed by the architect J W Lockwood in 1889 to match the existing pair. Cobden Terrace consists of seven houses erected in stages between 1869 and 1875. Numbers 215-219 were erected in 1869 for Thomas Kidney; the architect was James Austin. Number 213 dates from 1870; number 211,1873; number 209,1875. The two storey brick structure has a two storey cast iron verandah to the south facade. The terrace at 20 Morrison Place is one of a pair of houses built in 1887 to the design of the architect Alfred Dunn. 20 Morrison Place is a two-storey house of rendered-brick construction with a two-storey cast iron verandah. Paired cast iron columns with Corinthian capitals and spandrels divide the verandah into three equal bays.
