The pair of terrace houses were erected in 1861-62 for Abraham Linacre, a noted building contractor. In 1870 they were purchased by the Parry family who still owned the property in 1936. Edward A Parry, a noted plasterer, is shown as owner in 1878. The two storey brick structure has a rendered facade. The ground floor is rusticated and has a recessed arcade.
