Statement of Significance

Contribution to landscape.

This Plane Tree is one of the largest plane trees in Victoria and of outstanding aesthetic value. The original home was built in 1907, and it is thought the tree was planted around this time.
Upon inspection in 2010, it was observed that the tree had not leafed properly due to prolonged drought.
