Built in 1870 for Alexander C Todd during the Victorian Boom Style period. Solid brick building on bluestone foundation with rendered front facade, high parapet and projecting cornice. Front verandah has simple ornated bessemer beam and cast iron columns. Mostly authentic interiors, sympathetically maintained.
