Statement of Significance

Built in about 1895 this two storey building is another essential part of the Chinatown character. This example is of rendered brickwork with three arched windows flanked by plaster pilasters supporting decorative arches marked with an exaggerated keystone. Such buildings are vital to the retention of the scale and character of Chinatown.
