Description
After 1909, appears remodelled in late 1930s. Part-rendered and over-painted brick former garage complex, converted to retail tenancies. The Nicholson Street frontages and corner to Nicholson and Green streets are contributory to the precinct. Rear wings, including those visible to Green Street are not of heritage value.
