A complex of early farm buildings in poor condition, but presenting one of the only examples in the region of an original selector's farm with minimal alterations. (Tansley, 1978)

The complex consists of a cottage of split palings, a stable of split slabs and sawn timber, cow bale of split slabs, dairy of sawn timber, machinery shed of split slabs, clinker shed of sawn timber and numerous other out-buildings including four typical old mill huts which were used for accommodation of farm-hands.
