The interesting solid brick building - front section of two storeys with one storey residence rear. Front facade of ornate Victorian style; cement rendered and neatly ruled to simulate stone blocks on lower level. symmetrical with ornate and conspicuous drip moulds draped along the window heads. Facade surmounted by an ornate balustraded cornice. Roof of corrugated iron hidden behind high front facade. (Tansley, 1978)
