Statement of Significance
One of the region's oldest houses, in excellent condition with minimal
alterations. (Tansley, 1978)
Description
A weatherboard house with a frame of mortised timber, interior walls of lath and plaster, and outside walls of blackwood weatherboards. The hip and valley roof is covered with corrugated iron but original shingles underneath. Original small pane windows. In excellent structural condition. (Tansley, 1978)
