Description:	The Mount Waverley F.C. Ross Memorial Plaque once formed a part of the now dissappeared Avenue of Honour. In 1974, the plaque was unearthed by road works at the corner of Blackburn and England Roads and repositioned beneath a tree to honour F.C. Ross, 12th Battlion, killed in France in 1917.
