Description:

The Glen Waverley War Memorial was established in January 1999. It is dedicated to 44 fallen soldiers from the Boer War, First World War, Second World War, Korea, Malaya, Borneo, Vietnam and Kuwait. The inscription reads " Pass not this place in sorrow but in pride and may you live nobly, as they died knowing that their death in freedom's cause stands as a beacon light to point the way to paths of peace, Lest We Forget."
