The Glen Waverley World War I Memorial is located in the Glen Waverley Central Reserve on Springvale Road. The memorial comprises of a an exfoliated grey granite obelisk, mounted on an axe finished plinth with a raised and planted white gravel surround. The names of seven fallen have been recorded with the inscription: "For King and Country erected as a grateful tribute to the men of Glen Waverley who made the supreme sacrifice in the Great War 1914-1918. Their Names Liveth Forevermore".
