A free standing two storeyed symmetrical bluestone mansion with finely detailed stucco-rendered facade of classic simplicity. A very substantial timber construction designed by the Italian architect, Boldini, in 1889/90 as a spa sanitorium; notable for intricately detailed timber-work, especially on the tower.
