Auburn House

4 Goodall Street,, HAWTHORN VIC 3122 - Property No B0952

An unusual and early house, thought to have been built in two stages between 1851 and 1863 with later additions including the balcony iron, but with a charming and substantially intact wooden verandah to the south side of the rear wing: internally the most notable feature is the gracious staircase with its elegantly elaborated cast iron balustrade bars.
