Outstanding size:
Outstanding example of species.

Three specimens, from an original four, of a tree rare in cultivation. The species is very attractive with dark green compound leaves. A native of Brazil, it has been widely planted and has become naturalized in Florida and Hawaii.
Three trees in a line close together, growing out of the gravel path used as the running track. . Other known examples occur at Bendigo, Williamstown, Portland and the Melbourne Botanic Gardens.
They are located 30 metres east of Lone Pine on the path adjacent to Birdwood Avenue.
