This outstanding specimen in a dominant feature of the Alton landscape. It is the largest recorded example of the species in Victoria and amongst the largest cultivated trees in Victoria. The tree displays outstanding form and the trunk diameter is a notable feature.
It is located south of the tennis court beside the central path.
