Outstanding size

Located at Gravel Bend along dirt track, this is a tall upright River Red Gum of 'pile form'. Its first branch is 21 metres from ground level and the trunk tapers only slightly over the first 20 metres. The finest 'pile' form in the Cohuna district, this tree is comparable to trees in the Barmah Forest.
The tree is marked by four white steel posts around the trunk
