The Berwick Beaconsfield Memorial Avenue of 123 trees was planted to honour residents of Berwick and Beaconsfield who served in World War I. The trees have an upright growth rather than a spreading canopy and frame the view to the east.
It is thought that the replacement plantings to fill the gaps may be a different cultivar.
