This disjunct community of approximately 14 trees is located 2-4 km east of Bungeet, on the roadside. Although the species is widespread in NSW and Queensland, in Victoria they are usually limited to isolated communities on the western side of the Warby Ranges.
Trees in this stand are larger than the Thoona trees but there is little regeneration.
