Contribution to the landscape of historic town

This Prunus laurocerasus is very old and has grown into a fine specimen. The tree appears in a photograph of Stanley dated 1913.( ex Mr G F Craig). The Cherry Laurel is an evergreen species of Prunus and is native to regions bordering the Black Sea in southwestern Asia.
