house was constructed for Alfred Nicholas in 1930-22 and contains a
fine collection of indigenous and exotic trees. This rarely cultivated
tree occupies a prominent position in the landscape. The tree is
bifurcated and some flanging is evident denoting cablind will be
necessary in the future.
This tree is located south of the drive, west of the residence.
