Kerferd Road Historic Area is a broad, straight carriageway with a central plantation lined with mature Plane trees and flanked by a variety of intact Victorian & Edwardian houses. The boulevard vista along Kerferd Road is considered by many to be its most valuable feature and remains as a significant example of Victorian period street planning.
