Statement of Significance

Shell of former Sandhurst Courthouse of 1858, in rendered masonry in simple classic style with two-storey central block and single storey rooms on either side. The remaining front section to approximately 30 feet back from the front facade and the shell of the former Courtroom constitutes the Recorded building, all else is excluded.
