Statement of Significance

Homestead and Meat House Statement of Significance: Large two-storey homestead built for David Affleck before 1864 in sandstone ashlar; later additions and alterations include unsympathetic verandah and balcony detail. Interesting meat house.
Stables Statement of Significance: Early small stable building of slab construction.
