Statement of Significance

Homestead of coursed granite with French doors to high verandah, scalloped timber valances and paired posts, built c 1864 for James Blair J P, P M , former Crown Commissioner for Lands; early open kitchen fire and fittings; stables of pink sandstone possibly earlier; handsome woolshed of coursed bluestone on T-shaped plan with 8 stands in each wing built c 1885.
