No 66-68 Gellibrand Street is the only survivor of the pilots' row albeit having been added to on the south and at the rear, and a divided verandah placed between the porches. It is the oldest building in Queenscliff and the oldest known timber building erercted by the colonial Governmant of Victoria. It is also the oldest of extensive government works in connection with the colonial defence undertaken at Queenscliff, Pt. Nepean and Swan Island. See also B5148 ( 60 - 62 Gellibrand Street)
