Two-storey shop/residence of 1890; architect James McLeod; with rendered classic detail around doorway of residential side entrance and window above, elaborate pedimented upper storey, residence largely intact, shop and shop front modernised. The shop was built for Thomas Ferguson, Jeweller & watchmaker.
