Statement of Significance

Designed by George Jobbins and built in 1876/77 for R S Harris, fruiterer and simply detailed in similar style to the adjacent numbers 69, 71 & 73. The two shops were altered in 1889 by J Macleod. No 75 is currently disfigured with modern additions and there is an unsympathetic cantilevered canopy.
