A simple cottage of roughly dressed stone wth arched door openings and attick rooms with gabled windows. Built c 1860 for Dr Annesley and carefully sited to obtain a distant view of the You Yangs through a dip in the nearer hills.
Timber extensions to the rear are excluded from the classification.
