Brick cottage built c1866 for Pastor Hiller of the German Lutheran Setlement; the distinctive plan has a small entrance hall and attics in the gable-ended roof, with iron extended over the front verhadah with decorative timber valance. Rear extensions and cellar of similar or early date are included.
