Statement of Significance

A group of bluestone buildings erected 1864, the homestead being surrounded by a verandah. The sitting room ceiling is notable for its raised and stained timber work, cornice plaster work and central light rose motif. Particular note is made of the superb siting in the landscape. Classification includes woolshed, laundry, tool shed, weatherboard school room and saddle room.
