Statement of Significance

A single-storey bluestone house of 1860 with sandstone quoins, a slate roof and pleasantly proportioned french windows and doors, with shutters. They open onto a verandah around two sides with ornamental cast iron decoration and iron posts which may once have supported iron balustrading, but now carry a timber rail. The timber extensions at the rear are excluded.
