Statement of Significance

A single storey stuccoed masonry house with verandah to three sides first constructed as a four room cottage in 1855 but considerably extended in the early 1870s and further in two stages before the First World War. These extensions have left the building a harmonious whole well related to an attractive mature garden and interesting stables.
