Statement of Significance

A large free standing tuck pointed red brick house c 1870 with surrounding spacious verandah and louver ground level half floor. Both levels are well integrated with terraced garden and courtyard enclosed by original brick and stone fence. Verandah enclosures at the rear and on the west side and the timber frieze are excluded.
