Row of 8 two-storey bluestone houses with rendered facades, parapets with simple moldings and six-paned well proportioned windows; numbers 9- 19 identical, 21 and 23 each similar; currently painted in five varying colours; all built from 1854-1860s for four different owners who, with subsequent early owners and occupants are representative of Fitzroy's background in business, politics and the theatre.
