Statement of Significance

A bluestone church erected in 1859-60 to the design of David Ross, but rebuilt and extended in 1870-71 under the supervision of Lloyd Tayler. The tower was raised to its present height in 1934. The interior retains its early timber fittings and rebuilt organ by George Fincham installed in 1882.
