Statement of Significance

A large boom style house of 1890 of terrace form and with a stuccoed front of distinctive design, especially in respect of the parapet with its triple pedimented centre motif, and the antae or wing walls, each built up of a vermiculated base course, acanthus band, foliated panels, arcuated and trabeated bays, deep cornice, plinth and urn; in the interior is embossed leather pannelling.
