Statement of Significance

A three-storey red brick warehouse, designed by R G Webb and constructed in 1910 for P Ng Hong Nam. It has had a variety of manufacturing uses, most notable as chinese cabinet makers. A striking building, it is also significant in illustrating the extent of Chinese influence away from Little Bourke Street.
