A six-storey Edwardian office building constructed in 1915 which is significant as a key element in the cohesive group of complementary Victorian and Edwardian commercial buildings at the corner of Collins and Elizabeth Streets which have the same scale and function and similar architectural detailing. It is a critical element of the Block precinct.
