ELTHAM STUDY STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE:

This Iine of trees is significant as an imposing landscape feature and as an example of early park planting on this site, proclaimed a public park in 1871.

REVISED STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE (with AHC criteria)

MONTEREY PINE ROW (8) AT ELTHAM CENTRAL PARK is significant to Eltham:

- as part of the first planting of the reserve (Criterion A4).
