What is significant?
The Roberts Street precinct, comprising 1-11 and 2-14 Roberts Street and 23 Victoria Street, Brunswick.

How is it significant?
The Roberts Street precinct is of local historic and aesthetic significance to the City of Moreland.

Why is it significant?
Of historic significance as an example of an interwar housing estate developed after the cessation of quarrying activity in the early part of the twentieth century. (AHC Criterion A.4)

Of aesthetic significance as a representative example of an interwar housing estate with a high degree of intactness and homogeneity. (AHC Criterion E.1)
