Why is it significant? The Park Street Precinct is significant as a coherent and intact
group of predominantly two-storey terraces and large Victorian and
Edwardian villas, which reflect the prestige of this park-edge

Victorian to Edwardian eras (c.1880 to c.1920).

The Park Street Precinct is of local architectural significance to

The Park Street Precinct is significant as a rare example of
