"Greyholme" at no.97 Holmes Road, Moonee Ponds, was built for Amy Jose in 1929. It is aesthetically significant. It is aesthetically significant (Criterion E) as an archetypal Arts and Crafts influenced bungalow, representing a variation on the more common Californian Bungalow with its readily recognizable gabled form and having elements such as the use of rough cast and buttresses linking it directly with the English Arts and Crafts architects of the late nineteenth century.
