How is it significant?
This “tree” is significant due to its size and contribution to the landscape at the State level
Why is it significant?
The tree is located within a Council nature strip, where it has a strong visual impact, especially as there are fewer large trees on this side of Melbourne. There is no natural grafting noted (as with others of this species), but an attractive canopy shape.
