What is significant?
An individual Manna Gum growing in a wet forest block in Bendoc, undisturbed from recent bushfires. The tree is approximately 200 m from the Bonang River.
How is it significant?
This Manna Gum is significant for scientific and aesthetic reasons at the State level. 
Why is it significant?
The Manna Gum is scientifically significant for its imposing large size at 55 m tall and a trunk circumference of 14.5 m making it vastly larger than its neighbours. The tree can be seen towering above some of the forest canopy from a distance. It is aesthetically significant for its unique features. It has an unusual, hollowed form reminiscent of windows and doors. The base of the tree is unusually completely hollow.
