The Mulberry is significant for aesthetic and scientific reasons at Regional level. This tree is

outstanding for its size at a height of 7m and an impressive rounded canopy that spreads between 12 and 16m. It makes a significant contribution to the surrounding garden, which also includes established elm and peppercorn trees.
