Rare (Scientific) Remnant (Scientific) Park/Garden/Town (Historic) These three stands of 30, 50 and 1 trees are significant for their rarity at a State level as the most southerly remnant population of White Cypress-pine in Victoria, a species previously thought to be extinct from the You Yangs area. The trees are also significant at a Regional level as remnant native vegetation, and for their location near the Wooloomanata historic homestead, built by the Armytage family of Como.
