Statement of Significance
Assessed by Context Pty Ltd in 2012: Nice brick Edwardian villa which is largely intact, but not of the
architectural quality to be individually significant. There is a row
of pretty intact Edwardian villas (brick & timber) on this part of
the streetwhich could forma possible precinct (33-51 & 44-50
Chaucer Crescent). Not recommended for an individual Heritage Overlay.
