The Eaglemont Shopping Centre is the most intact commercial development within Banyule. The shopping centre is a distinctive and enclosed urban entity, defined by its relatively narrow street width, predominantly two-storey building height and repetitive shop design with continuous parapets and canopy line. The shopping centre is complemented by the adjacent and contemporary Ivanhoe Views Estate.
