A two-storey brick Classical homestead with rendered facade built c.1870 for the Winter family, one of the largest landholders in the district. Features include an asymmetrical towered entrance facade and a garden front comprising a two-tiered arcade and central pediment; the ground floor is articulated in the Doric order, the first floor, Corinthian.
